Liability
Gymnastics and related athletic activities involve inherent risks of injury. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Gymnastics of York, its owners, employees, and coaches shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during participation in our programs, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. All participants or their guardians are required to sign appropriate liability waivers prior to participation.
