Nook Gymnastics camp at GY – July 27-29 9am-1pm cost $150

The gym at GY houses inground trampolines and foam landings, a trench pit, multiple sets of bars and beams, a range of additional training setups, and over a hundred mats.

Included is Thursday fun afternoon 1pm to 4pm –  hamburgers, hot dogs and pizza followed by water games. 

3 days of mixing it up, learning new drills and experiencing different techniques.
