Healthy gymnasts

Researchers found microgreens like red cabbage, cilantro, and radish contain up to 40 times higher levels of vital nutrients than their mature counterparts. Microgreens are young seedlings of edible vegetables and herbs harvested less than 14 days after germination. We are going to learn how easy it is to grow and harvest in 10 days. Everyone goes home with their own tray

Mini Bonsai Garden

The word “bonsai” means “potted tree”. It really refers to a process, not a particular tree or shrub; and this process originated in China and was further developed by Japanese culture as far back as the thirteenth century. During the camp week gymnasts will select a mini tree, dig it up and plant a mini bonsai garden to take home.

What to bring to gymnastics camp

Sneakers, towel change of clothes, leotard, personal additional snacks if desired.

We are providing lunch, snacks and drinks each day.
